Common questions
How do I invite another caregiver?
Open Settings in the app and share your household's invite code. The other person enters it during onboarding, or from their own Settings screen.
How do I export my baby's records?
Settings → Export lets you generate a PDF report or a CSV file for any date range. It's made to hand to your pediatrician.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account removes your account and every household only you belong to, including all its care records. Households you share stay with the other caregivers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel or get a refund for Quill & Cradle Plus?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, cancel from your Apple account's Subscriptions page and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, cancel from Google Play's Subscriptions page and request refunds through Google Play support. Our Refund Policy has the steps.
Is there a web page for account deletion?
